1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ClickConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClickConvert is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising creatives (images and copy) and publish them to advertising platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Subscription and Payments
- Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Generate content that violates advertising platform policies
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
6. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with all advertising platform policies
- You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
- We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models
7. Ad Platform Integration
- You authorize ClickConvert to manage campaigns on your connected ad accounts
- Ad spend is charged directly by the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), not by us
- We are not responsible for ad platform policy changes, account suspensions, or ad rejections
- You may disconnect your ad accounts at any time
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, ad spend, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
